What is Align?

ALIGN Collective is a curated cohort of leaders building companies that do good. We gather to reconnect with center, share the practices that keep us grounded, and support one another in leading and building with integrity.

Once a year, we meet in a beautiful place to reflect, reconnect, and realign.

A small group of leaders learning together and supporting each other through the real work of leadership.

Align collective

Dave Valentine and Phil Rice share a belief that the companies we build are shaped by the leaders we are becoming.

Their work centers on helping leaders find clarity, build healthy teams, and create organizations that perform well while doing real good in the world. ALIGN Collective is an extension of that shared commitment, creating space for leaders to reconnect with themselves, with one another, and with the deeper purpose behind their work.
